Worldwide Express Delivery
Cliff Mad Honey offers express delivery in most regions. Dispatch within 24 hours after the payment is received though it can be an additional 2-3 days during busy periods. Delivery around 13 – 17 business days average (see below). For orders more than 500g and bulk requests, please send us an email on cliffmadhoney@gmail.com
Delivery Time
Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch – not the time of ordering.
If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you as soon as we can. In the case of pre-orders, we will deliver the products to you as soon as they are in stock. However we cannot guarantee exact dates due to various customs and/or mail service delays that may occur and due to the fact that we ship worldwide.
COVID-19 notice on shipping and delivery
We continuously work hard to maintain our service offer and delivery times for you, but due to the current extended lockdown and restrictions, we may expect some delays in our delivery process and cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates at the moment. We kindly ask you to be patient if your parcel does not arrive at the specified time and to contact us directly to check about your order status.
Packaging and Labeling
Cliff Mad Honey products are exclusively packed and shipped in a sealed glass jar labeled “Cliff Mad Honey”. Our products are packed with great care in our own facilities.

Customs, taxes and import regulations
Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavor to make note of this on the product detail page.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to be informed and aware of the particular rules and regulations, as to the restrictions of food, natural or animal based products in his particular country. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are seized, returned or destroyed, due to customs regulations or illegalities. Ultimately it is the buyer’s responsibility to apply to import permits when required. We accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body.
Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is your responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we’ll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can’t provide a refund until we’ve received the products back. We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country if you have any concerns prior to finalize your order.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship from Kathmandu, Nepal. All our prices are in $USD and including shipping. During the check out process you will be notified of the shipping fees, if applicable. We ship with DHL Express (tracking number) also with other courier option and Cliff Mad Honey reserves the right to cancel an order if the courier agent cannot provide the delivery to your destination. If you require special shipping or any other options you must contact us by email prior to finalizing your payment. We can then review the options.
Customer most mentions their correct address for delivery on time. The Cliff Mad Honey can’t be held responsible for incorrect addresses or any by the customer requested amendments made by Cliff Mad Honey
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise. Returns and refunds are managed on a case-by-case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process.
We offer a 7 days money return policy on all orders. After receiving the shipment (signature dates of waybill as a proof) the buyer has to contact us within 7 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The money back does not include any shipping cost and handling fees.

To be eligible for 7 days money back, it is mandatory that the item is returned in its original packaging and in its unopened condition in order to receive a refund. If the Honey has been consumed (partially or fully) the refund request is not eligible. If the products go bad whilst in transit and diminishing their value, in such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot fully refund these returned orders. All refunds will be paid within 14 days after receiving the items back in our facilities in Nepal or the agreed delivery address. All shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you decide you want to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, do NOT ship it back until we have communicated instructions as to if and how you may do so. In principal, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise.
If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery.
Returned Orders
A fee will apply if, for any reason beyond our control, a shipment is returned to us and you would like it to be re-shipped.
Shipment Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the shipping status of your order. Upon arrival a signature will be required. Tracking of your package with the required signature means your securely shipped goods will be delivered to the right person. It is your responsibility to track your package once it has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for the courier process. All shipping part is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for issues with your delivery.
Please note, we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.
All orders that are postmarked and leave our facility are no longer the responsibility of Cliff Mad Honey. We have no control over items once they are in possession of the courier (DHL or any other post service). If you have issues with shipping after products have left our fulfillment center that issue needs to be addressed between the buyer and DHL (or any other post service) directly.
Damaged products
We take great care when we pack our products and in preparing the order for shipping so it arrives in top condition. However if the product has flowed or been damaged during the transportation and the client wants to return his order, it is mandatory to open and check the parcel in presence of the courier, fill a return form and give the parcel back to the courier. Then please send us your claim with a description / photos of the faulty jar. We’ll need to receive the jar back to us unopened, unused and unconsumed, in the original packaging. If the Honey has been consumed (partially or fully) the refund request is not eligible. As per the buyer’s convenience, we will be happy to offer a store credit, exchange or refund on this item purchased from Cliff Mad Honey
